I'm applying for a Msc Conversion course in Psychology and in the application process it says that unless I'm a native english speaker I need to provide evidence of IELTS test.
Is this really necessary if I already have a degree from an english-speaking university?

You have to check the English requirement from the course and the university that you have applied. Each university has its own policy.

But most of them will say that if you graduate with Bachelors and it has been less than 2 years after you graduate then you don't need to retake IELTS test.
