Hi, I was wondering if you guys think it'd be possible to keep a pet budgie at university? I'm going to university in September and was wondering if you think it'd be possible?

It depends on their policy on pets if youre in student accommodation or private accommodation's rules. It's possible if you are able to look after it properly

It's highly unlikely that you would get permission. Also, university halls rooms are very small, so you may not have room for a cage.
