You're posting in the Medicine forum so I'll assume you're interested in being a doctor.

At this stage any GP or hospital work experience would be useful. There's a chance you may not be allowed to shadow in clinical areas until you're 17 or 18 so you may be offered non-clinical work experience instead e.g. with the admin team in a GP surgery. This is still useful as a) it gives you the chance to make a good impression and build contacts for the future and b) allows you to see what the non-clinical members of the team do.
