Basically in 2017 I completed my a levels, I went to an average university. The experience honestly went horribly as i really struggled to make friends. I felt so alone and spent a lot of time in my room and really wasn’t enjoying the course. I definitely felt like I rushed into university as I kinda just went because everybody did. So I dropped out and the next year I re applied to a university where I would live at home, and a course I thought I was truly passionate about. However, I’m two terms in I just don’t feel fulfilled by my course and really don’t see myself finishing the course. I’ve just been feeling lost recently and have the feeling like I’ve ruined the opportunity of university. I’ve been looking into apprenticeships as I feel like they are my only option really, however I don’t really know what I want to pursue apprenticeship in. As I’m worried I’ll make another poor decision.

Take some time out and do not rush the decision.

Look at job descriptions, specifications.

Find out if you would like to work day to day in some jobs.
