I blew my nose really hard for less than 3 seconds, then I got really dizzy and collapsed for about 2 seconds. Any idea of whats going on?

u have blood vessels in your nose i think those blood vessels cause like nose bleeds maybe you collapses because one of them ruptured?? could be vertigo too

2 seconds 🤣 assuming you didnt just drop vertically, were you midfall when you realised?

im no expert but plugging the nose and blowing hard out of the nose at the same time is usually something used to lower the heart rate also called a vagal manouvere so you probably blew it too hard and plugged your nose a bit, causing lower heart rate
