I'm really struggling with my mental right now, more than normal, so on Monday I wanna go see a doctor. Only problem is I have no idea what to say because I don't really talk much, I just feel so empty so I'm scared I'll just sit there and cry and not say anything. I've been suffering for years and I'm really on edge so I was wondering if anyone knew what it was like to go to a GP and tell them about this, and what the next steps are in terms of getting help. Thank you.

I think you should go there and be honest. Also reach out to Samaritans on 116 123.

All the best. Remember that you are not alone.
