what is the general structure of "describe ..."10 mark questions,e.g "describ functions of the uk constitiution" and how many paragraphs should there be, can you have just one massive paragraph?

For a question like 'describe the functions of the UK constitution' I would start with an introduction that states the points you're going to make and explains what the UK constitution is.
I would then make a paragraph on each of those points you've made on the introduction (a total of 3 paragraphs). Include an example in each.
Then in your conclusion, just summarise all the points.
