Any foreign student at Open University?

Is anyone here speaks English as a foreign language? How do you find studying at degree level in a foreign language? I'm currently doing an access module and I've already found myself struggling. ☹ I have no problem understanding the materials but when it comes to note taking, writing assignment, basically anything involves "writing in you own words" I'm like 😰

Hi. Been there, done that. Started OU degree with the access course. My first written assignment was half a page A4. It gets better with each written assignment. I still don't find it easy but hey no one said it would be. Starting year 3 this year.

Lots of help is available, plus speak to you Student Support Team too (your tutor wouldn’t be the best for this question as it isn’t specifically about your module)
