Psychology involves so much more than sociology. Anyone disagree?

I absolutely hate sociology. I would violate the subject and berate the subject before I leave sixth form one year earlier than normal

Completely disagree. Psychology is much easier than sociology.

I don't think so, despite both being social sciences, they're both taught and learnt in different ways. Psychology was always easier to me, but I think it's purely because I found sociology quite dull.

I shouldn't be laughing at this, ffs.

It doesn’t get easier than sociology, but it tends to always go wrong for me. Even a 2 year old can memorise facts lool. Maybe I have the IQ of a baby.

I did both at AS levels and psychology was harder. Mainly because in sociology I found that; a lot of it consisted of your own views which are generally neither right or wrong. So it was easy gaining marks in the exams if you were able to give a logical, coherent argument.

In psychology however there was a lot of bland memorising content/theories/cases etc.

This was about 5 years ago though. I don’t know what’s changed since then.
