Diet: Terrible, I’m bulimic
Stress level: Mid
Weight: 66kg
Height: 5’7
Exercise: I run about 8km twice a week and walk a lot
Mental well-being: 4
Reading: Yes I read often
Alcohol/smoking: I drink occasionally

Btw I’m male if that makes any difference
