Feeling lonely...

I haven't had a proper group of friends since 2017 (sixth form) (currently in 2nd year in Cardiff) as I stayed back a year in sixth form it seemed like everyone else has moved on and I'm struggling to make friends in uni as I'm constantly on placement during the semesters so am unable to join any societies properly.

well maybe you should learn how to give yourself a good company... i mean friends ain't always gonna be there for you and you don't need friends to feel good and well companed...some people out here have alot of friends but we still feel lonely🤔🙄 soo... LONELY is not solved by having a proper group of friends. It is just something personal and has to be dealt personally..
