I applied to study computer science at uom and my predicted grades are ABB(i took access program which offers two grades less).For some reason i got rejected even though I was told I would get in.

It could be your personal statement or interview or maybe a mistake. Ask the uni for feedback on why your application failed

There seems to be a problem with Manchester. See thread below. My first question is whether you are predicted a grade A at A level Maths. Without it you will be rejected for Computer Science at most major universities.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure standard offer for compsci at Manchester is A*AA so you're actually 3 grades below not 2?
