Would you like receiving a poem?

So I like writing poetry, I kinda want to write poem about my relationship. It's meant to be more of a story, so funny, nostalgic, hopeful (and we've had a rocky relationship) rather than a gushy I love you you're amazing your eyes dazzle etc ew

But if you received a poem from your partner would you think that's awfully cringe? Or depends on the person I guess
I adore poetry and someone writing one for me would be so special and cute. In fact, someone on this site has written me a poem before and it was the sweetest thing.

It very much depends on the person I find, but I enjoy writing and receiving poetry - and I think my other half does too. :smile:
