Newly qualified nurse Critical care unit
What do you think about a newly qualified nurse going straight into critical care unit. Have you or anyone you know started their career in critical care unit and what was the support like? Anything to be aware of? I had my drug calculation assessment and interview for critical care unit and was successful with an offer to start as a Band 5 staff nurse but i'm scared and unsure. Please help!!
