Hi I’m looking for advice from anyone in the veterinary nursing field I want to be a veterinary nurse and wanted to go to uni and get a bachelors degree with honours but all the universities are so far away that I wouldn’t be able to afford to live their is a level 3 diploma just as good or will I get payed less once qualified?

The diploma is a better training route in my opinion. It shouldn't make a difference to find salary, you'll get paid as you do the diploma if you are employed at a training practice, and you won't have a student loan. Win, win, win, again my opinion.
