Pooed on myself today, What is wrong with me?

Well im not exactly sure when it started but i can remember it happening as far back as when i was 8 or something.

Basically i get stomach upsets wayyyy too often. It use to happen to me practically every few days back when i was like 11 but back then i use to eat practically everything so it was understandable. When i was about 12 years old, what could have been the most embarassing thing happened to me. On my way home, i had one of those stomach upsets that i was talking about and i just couldnt hold it in so i accidentally pooed on myself. It was quite a bulky poo as well. The worst thing about it was that i had to go inside a train for about 8 minutes while carrying this smelly smelly thing inside of me. When i got home, i cleaned it up etc. Luckily no one found out ever!

After that incident, for a few more years after that, i had the occasional stomach upset. It was only when i was 18 which was only a few months ago, that i had these stomach upsets a rediculous amount (i had diarrea and constipation for about 6 times a day on average for like 4-6 weeks). I begin to think that i had irritable bowel syndrome but i didnt seek any medical advice. After all of those weeks, i asked myself what i was doing differently for those 4-6 weeks. It was my cornflakes! I decided to start eating healthy which meant eating a bowl of cereal every morning which was conveniently enough when these extreme stomach upsets began to happen. So i concluded i was allergic to milk and stopped drinking it. About a week went by after that when i made my decision and the diarrea stopped. A few weeks later, i decided to start having cereal again (with milk) every morning. Nothing has happened ever since.

I am 18 years old and it has been about 2 months now that i have been eating healthy (healthier than normal) and i didnt have one of those stomach upsets until today. The thing i dont differently this week was that i went somewhere on sunday where i ate practically anything they gave, which was really unhealthy. They had lamb donor kebabs, chicken, lamb curry; all with rice.

So back to the stomach upset; i went to summer school today and for breakfast i had some cereal. For lunch, i had a tesco tuna sandwich, plait croissant, mccoys crisps (mexican chilli) and some water. 1 hour after i had that lunch, i began to get stmoach upsets again. I thought that it would just pass. So i went outside for a walk and the pain was really intense. I thought i was just going to fart to let some of the gas out, but poo came out instead. So i had this poo inside my trousers and had to get home (because there was no way i was going back to class like with that poo on me), the journey was 50 minutes with 40 minutes of it being inside a train. So you can tell that this was me reliving that nightmare 5 folded this time because i was in the train for 5 times the amount. ( So i went into the train and it was practically empty so i was like THANK GOD. After a few stations, people kept coming in and out and would stand next to me covering their noses. You had this one guy looking under his shoe to see if he stepped on poo. Other people would be like gosh this place stinks. I was SOOOO embarassed but luckily they couldnt tell it was me and i hid it very well)

Is there something wrong with me? or was it just some simple food poisoning from sunday where i had that kebab and stuff? I just lived my worst nightmare today, please help :frown:

oh dear - when you have one of those stomach aches again, NEVER assume it's only a fart. Hold it in until you reach a toilet.

That being said, there is no way anybody on TSR can possibly know whether or not you had food poisoning. Kebabs and so on can tend to give you poorly tummy and the runs, I've certainly had my fair share of delhi-belly over the years!

If you've been having tummy aches for years though it would suggest that you have a long-running problem that needs to be sorted, so really I think you should see a doctor.

How have you not been to see a doctor already? A problem that results in you standing on a train with an uninvited guest in your trousers really should result in your ringing up your GP and making an appointment.
I always get a bad stomach ache and then need the loo about ten minutes after it starts. If I didn't get to the loo on time it would just come out because there's no way of stopping it. I get that like once a month and I thought it was just normal? :| Luckily it's never happened when I haven't been near a toilet.
My advice - go to your GP so they can help you out.

From what you say of what you eat, your diet sounds quite bad...

Is this 'healthy'? I'd stop after the sandwich!!

Now I'm no doctor, but you could really start trying to sort this out by looking at your diet, definitely. You need to really go back to basics to rule out any foods that might singularly be causing this to happen, or secondly, at least try and cut back on some of the fatty foods.

A good place to start could be with spices - it's surely no coincidence this happened recently after curry, and now chilli crisps.
What are you expecting from TSR exactly?
If you think this may have a medial ground (which I suspect) then contact your GP. That is the only advice, I think, can be given. Well, that and perhaps go to the bathroom before leaving the house.

The stomache aches are your body telling you that you need to go to the toilet..

I'd go to your doctor sharpish, persistant stomach upsets is an issue that needs to be looked at.
Bad Hygiene?

I would go to the doctors- they won't judge and can most probably help with what sounds like a medical condition.

I really wish you better soon!
GP, in the mean time some Milk Of Magnesia perhaps?
like everyone has said, see a GP already. it could be anything and besides from pooing yourself and it being embarassing, it could end up worse as it's obviously not doing your stomach any good. Really, don't worry about seeing a GP they are used to stuff like this and it's bette to get yourself checked out then go through this again.

Have a look at coeliac's disease. If you're allergic to gluten, it can really mess up your stomach as it's in most processed foods.
Pay your GP a visit ASAP. This doesn't sound normal, especially considering you've got such a long history of this problem. Nobody on here can really tell you what it is or how to sort it out yourself.

:s-smilie:

That's a standard issue lunch for most people.

One sandwich isn't enough for lunch unless you eat bugger all and how the hell you think that's the sign of a bad diet I have no idea.

Well, a croissant and crisps for someone who obviously has digestive sensitivity?! Both are high in fat - not healthy.

And one sandwich can be enough for lunch of course it can. It depends on the sandwich.

Two slices of bread and some tuna bare? Maybe not. With salad, mayo, salt and whatever else a pre-bought one usually comes with? Of course it is. Depends what we are talking about - if you look at the nutritional value of store bought sandwiches (or indeed you were watching the TV last night), they can often contain 'too much' for one meal - especially a Greggs one for instance!

And couple the knowledge of a croissant and crisps in addition to a sandwich as being "healthy" with the mention of kebabs, curries and whatever else - that's the sign.

you are meant to have a poo (sorry for being so graphic) every 1-2 days, are you positive it isn't your body telling you that you need to go to the toilet?
it could also be poor hygene...not saying your dirty or anything, but your body could be more vulnerable, which means you might just have to wash your hands more often.
but go to the doctors.
i somehow doubt that it is IBS because you would have said something before now. my mum has IBS and when she had an inflammation i asked her what the pain was like, her reply was, "imagine your period pain, now times it by 1000 and then throw a few knives into yourself". so...it sounds pretty painful.
When I had a laxative problem i did this at least twice a week. Many a time I've run through town holding onto my knickers.. It's perfectly normal.
