What is a 5 and what is a 6?

Hi I’m taking my GCSE’s this year,

I understand how the new grading works, however I’m a little confused, Is a 5 a high C or a low B?
Because on this chart(I’ve attached a pic) 5 is between a C and a B so officially does it count as a B or a C?

Thanks.

5 is a 'strong C' or you could say 'high C' while 6 is B
As far as i'm aware, 6 is a B and 5 is a higher C or "strong pass".
