I am a EU citizen and have applied for university this year. I got rejected from the university that I wanted to go to. If I take a gap year, I may be charged the international fee and not the home fee(cause of Brexit) But if I accept my second choice, I will be charged the normal home fee which I don't need to pay upfront.
