Careers in health after bachelors in sports science -> Masters

What masters degrees would be possible to get a career in health after doing a bachelors in sport science? I do not want to do Physiotherapy, but I did look at a masters in public health. I am confused what this would unlock as far as options career wise, as it isn't like nursing where it is obvious. I looked and researched the nhs website, but there is so many things I am a little lost.

What about Physican Associate masters
