What do you wish had been available to you in (further education) college?

When you were in FE (whether sixth form or vocational, we don't care here) or even as an apprentice, what kind of workshops or clubs do you wish were available?
Trial classes that actually reflect how the lessons would be, like realistic ones and more detail about what each topic would be.

Yeah. I did not get it at the sixth-form college but I did at the vocational... odd that. However, I guess they do only really show the "good" bits to get you to pick them.
