Linguistics / modern languages uni students- opinions on the course?
I am a first year studying Linguistics with Chinese. I love Chinese, but I am losing interest in Linguistics and I'm not sure I want to continue studying it for another two years. I have the option to change my major subject from Linguistics to French in the second year, so am currently weighing up the pros and cons of switching course. I would be grateful for any Linguistics or modern languages student, especially second and third years, who could share their opinion on the course.
