This might sound like a stupid question but is there such a thing as animation a levels and if not, what should I take for A Levels if I want to do animation in the future.

I guess Graphics A level but it comes under Art and Design so I suggest looking at subjects under Art and Design. I think you'll be fine as long as you can show your passion for animation and give a portfolio

I don’t believe there’s an A Level for Animation specifically, only BTECs or Extended Diplomas. Like me for example, I did an Extended Diploma in Animation
