Talking to family or even being in a room with them to feel like I'm not alone. Or watching a TV show or film, it's a good way of escaping reality to focus on something else.

Watch stuff. I love watching film, and it really comforts me.
Listening to music, drawing, going for a walk.
I hate talking to people when I’m upset, so I do activities alone.

I cry before I go sleep all the time. It’s the best solution to all your problems. U end up falling asleep and then u forget but then the next day u remember and that night u cry again. It all just stays on repeat😭 fyyk happiness nun of that exists🥺

Music, letting out my feelings, sleeping. Sleeping is the best because that means less hours of me crying

well I don't like to rely on people cos they might not always be there, though hugging my mum helps. YouTube cat channels and iyashikei anime really soothe my soul though

a good hard meaningful hug when I’m upset is good but sometimes I’m sad at a point where I dont want to speak to anyone so watch YouTube videos bc I feel like I can go into someone else’s life and just distracts me, doesn’t solve the sadness but a good distraction
