When I started a job 9 years ago, my employer was taking money out of my wages for a student loan. I was at the company from 2011 - 2017. I didn't clock on to this until about 4 years later and finally had it stopped. Is there any way I can reclaim the money owed? I don't have any pay slips so I don't know the exact amount that I am owed.

Any advice or help will be appreciated.

Hi there,

If you call our repayment team on 0300 100 0611, they will be able to help you with this.

Thanks, Erin
