How much is average to be paying for bills ie heating, water like utility bills

electric, gas and water could be £50-100 a month depending on its an expensive water area

I don't know about England but in Scotland water cost is exempt if you are a student
Also if you are in halls cost is probs included
I pay for energy, electricity and wifi just under 35 a month
