hi, for my epq i am doing a topic on health and how it affects someone. i would like to ask:

How many different health issues has affected you or someone you know?

i would like to know how not only 1 disease causes problems but many diseases combined cause the most problems.
in your response please state: first name, what illnesses this person has, how it has come to be (i.e. lifestyle), symptoms, mental health, how it affects their daily life and anything else that you feel is appropriate. this is only going to be used in my epq to give small anecdotes for how illnesses on their own is not too bad bad many diseases along with being lifestyle habits make the experience worse.

thankyou very much in advance!
