I would guess that sticking to a strict 2 cm3 interval on taking pH reading is the problem. Close to the equivalence point, you should be taking readings much more frequently, i.e. reducing the interval to eventually every 0.05 cm3.
Otherwise, you'll miss the important vertical section.
