Game of Thrones. Not going to bother reading the last books because of it.
And How I Met Your Mother. It's like the writers based it on Charles and Diana, using the mother to have kids then killing her off. What an awful premise.

both were cancelled, both were on end of season clifhangers as well
-sunset beach ended badly as well. how could it all of have been just a dream?
- prison break didn't end right either. how could they kill off michael?! [i'm glad that eventually got sorted out though..]
