I thought I'd make this thread for somewhere to hang out when sleep is evading me, and for others to come hang out in if they want to (hi fellow sufferers!).
How do you guys try to overcome sleeping difficulties?
(Note to those who don't understand sleep issues: no, 'just going to bed earlier' or 'having good sleep habits' don't necessarily help!)

Is it worth taking if it doesn’t work?
I’ve taken a melatonin tablet myself tonight. I like that melatonin is a hormone rather than a drug, so there’s no risk of dependency.

Does the melatonin help you and how much do you take? Do you get it on prescription?
It’s one tablet each night you want to use it. It takes about 20-30 minutes to take effect.
