Ok so im a healthy, sexually active female, 19years old and currently living with my family until university in september.
The problem is my family are very heavy set religous, and believe in morals, sex etc is wrong..this includes masturbation

OP, however, you come from a background where there are stronger morals held over porn, so your parents might think of it differently... a diplomatic argument would be that you're a grown woman and it's your body.

Sex can't be that wrong in their eyes, after all they conceived (at least) twice.
However it's entirely possible that they believe in no sex before marriage? If that's the case surely they might understand that you have physical needs - as they would have as youngsters! - and isn't it better you satisfy them yourself, in their eyes, than with someone else?
At least then you might be able to avoid telling them that you are sexually active if that's what you want.
After all, all they've maybe found out is about masturbation right?

this "talk" may not be what you actually think, but if it is, just explain that your respect their beleifs ect.. and that they should respect yours. Your not hurting anyone and its natural. If they say that they dont want you masturbating in their home, or using "that toy" thats understandable but explain thats its only done in privacy... they wont actually know you'd be doing it anyway!...

Its your choice, your an adult. Personally if I'd had that kind of upbringing that was so intrusive that I know some people have had, I'd have probably not furthered my education, got a job and moved out as soon as I possibly could. All the time your accomadation is being provided by someone else you are under a certain obligation to respect their beliefs, but only if they respect yours too.
Fortunately your off to uni, try to focus on the fact that soon you'll be able to live the life the way you want.
There's nothing more normal than being aware of your sexuality and masturbation, and its very abnormal to surpress and punish people for having sexual desires.
