Im unsure which degree to take as I am fascinated by both!
I definitely love biology, understanding how the brain works and figuring out the mechanisms behind neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s and schizophrenia. But on the other hand I’m also very interested in psychology. I also really love looking at the neurobiology behind mental illnesses such as depression and PTSD.
I’m looking to hopefully pursue a career in research, however I’m not too sure about the job prospects around cognitive neuroscience. Can anyone give me any advice?
