Depends on the exam board and the options chosen by the teacher.
Theres a major module on civil rights in the US.
Theres one of the development of Africa.

They may or may not be selected by the teacher, so it could be 46% max 1 module plus nea essay or nothing.
Look at the spec and ask the teacher.
The US civil rights module is one of the more common ones.
