Rewrite 2nd eqaution in terms of tan2c using the two trig identities. Then use trig addition formula to rewrite tan2c in terms of tan c

Different ways to go about this. Looking at how both expressions relate with cos (and it's related partner in crime, sec) is one way.

Halfway is a good start. Post your working so far, and let's see if we can build on that, or look at the suggestions posted by others.
