When using case law in OCR A level law, do you mention the name of the case and precedent? (example 1) or the name, precedent and details (example 2)? If example 1 then I could make up a lot of time on my exam questions.
Example 1: ' Edwards v Skyways LTD shows that business agreements are presumed to be legally binding'
Example 2: 'Edwards v Skyways LTD showed that an agreement to pay an ex gratia payement was a business agreement and so was presumed to be legally binding'
