I started working through then got lost - do you have the original question?

The first bit is worded a bit strangely: "take 1μl" but then "4μl DNA stock"?
If 1μl of 200ng/μl stock is taken and diluted 1:1000 (same as 4:4000), I get a concentration of 0.2ng/μl (200ng in 1000μl), which will change some of your following numbers
