I am currently an undergraduate and I'm hoping to do a PGCE when I leave, however I left halfway through first year to change course starting the next year meaning I already used one out of four student finance funded years. I was wondering when if I leave will I be eligible for PGCE funding even though I have already used the 4 years of funding allowed by student finance? Im with student finance Wales if that's of any use

You should still be able to get funding as it’s a teaching course, they tend to let you even if you run out of finance time. Wa stalking to a course finance team, as I was considering it. Definitely go to the course open day and ask the finance team straight up just in case or contact student finance.
