Hey, I was really just looking for a bit of advice. I applied this year for the PGDE Primary. I had 4 interviews from my 5 choices but have had 2 rejections so far, and I'll be honest I'm expecting the other 2 will be the same. I just get so flustered in interviews and really struggle with my confidence. I know many people apply for years before they are successful but I just feel so disheartened just now. The thought of applying again next year and being unsuccessful again is terrifying as I feel like I'm just wasting time until I can get there.I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or anything I can do so that, hopefully, next year has a more positive outcome? Thanks!
