What is Vet nursing and companion animal behaviour?
I have been offered this course (it’s one course) as an alternative to veterinary medicine, so I would like to know what exactly it is/what you learn and what jobs you can get with it, and how it’s different to vet medicine. I don’t want to make the wrong decision and pick something I don’t like :’)

If you have your heart set on becoming a vet rather than a nurse, then just get the grades and reapply.

Well, a veterinary medicine course will mean you can practice as a veterinary surgeon when you graduate. A veterinary nursing course will mean you are qualified to be a vet nurse when you graduate, not a vet. So if you want to be a vet, do what 999tigger says which is reapply. Assuming you've done work experience in vet practices, you'll have seen the difference between what vets and vet nurses do, so that's the difference between the two courses...

I’ve got an offer at Bristol to do that course (vet nursing with cab) in September. It’s to become a registered veterinary nurse as others mentioned!
