I am currently in my first year of BSc mathematics with Hons and want to do my masters (in education) during my final year of my bachelors. is that even feasible and if so, how do you go about the application process since a lot of unis require a transcript that I clearly haven't got yet.

Any advice would be great.

I don't think that's possible. There's no way you'd be able to cope with the workload of a final year BSc AND an MSc at the same time, let alone get funding. Plus most MSc's ask for a completed BSc which you don't have.

This.

OP, you'll have a chance to do a master's degree once you've finished your BSc, so there's no rush piling up workloads. Plus, funding will be so much easier to sort out.
