I think his policy, especially as of late is shockingly poor.
When assessing him more personally, there is little doubt in my mind that he committed crimes while in office. He's a poor public speaker and I think his outlook on the world is severely flawed.

Terrible leader who has done a minimal number of good things, such as pull out of terrible trade agreements, but still isn't tough enough on China.

He's absolutely hilarious though, regardless of if you like him or not, which keeps people watching, which will probably means he'll win 2020.

He only cares about himself.
Everything he does regarding the virus will be done with his reelection in mind.
