Maybe I was just being too emotional, but Spirited Away resonated with me when I was going through a rough spell. Also watched Kiki's Delivery Service and a few other Miyazaki films during said period because they'd just been added to Netflix. Could be worth a go? The other ones were a little depressing imo.
