Relationships with teachers/staff members

I really want a teacher relationship with someone. Please. I get angry all the time and she keeps on smiling at me and she is blushing at me. I don’t know what to do. She told me to stay and now it is her responsibility to keep me safe and not the college. She told me face to face.
