1. for glute activation, I find I have one glute stronger than the other, do you reckon i should do a lot of single exercises to strengthen the weaker one. also with glute activation my weaker glute can be dead a lot of the time, should i do more activation on days when i am not actually going to do a workout so it's awake and just as ready as the stronger glute that doesn't need as much activation
(that was lowkey two questions lol)
2. when doing ass to grass squats, I see a lot of people with squat shoes, for the time being before I get a pair, can I do ass to grass squats in just my socks????
