Happiness challenge calendar!Watch
I saw this poster in my Sixth Form centre about a Happiness Challenge Calendar and I've been trying it out this month. I don't always manage to do the tasks or stick to it, but I think having a little challenge every day may help.
If you go to the website Action For Happiness, it will have these little calendars and challenges. In fact, they've even made a 30 day crisis calendar called the "Coping Calendar", which I will link to below. It's not just "happiness", but things like mindfulness, being active, etc.
It's meant to help with executive dysfunction and stuff, it just goes through a flow chart of things you can do to take better care of yourself. Like, have you eaten, have you taken your meds, have a glass of something to drink, take a shower, etc.
