I got my confirmation today. I'm in D Block, Room D3.25
I'm C block...Room C1.12! Bloody excited as it was my first choice and I never thought I would have got in! Self-catering, which will be hilarious because I only ever cook eggs and beans on toast. I'm way too fussy with food for catered though...

By the way, did any of your offers say 'ensuite' on them? Because my offer doesn't say that. I don't mind sharing an ensuite with a couple of others, but I'd hate it if I had to traipse back up to my room through a cold corridor from the communal bathroom every morning looking like a wet rag lol!

So...I'm assuming I'm in Grovensor Block C? That would mean I am ensuite! The price suggests I am judging by their website...might ring them up just to make sure though. Thanks Dr Sonic!

I know I almost didn't believe it because it's so over-subscribed. I think I actually screamed which worried my mother a bit.

Hey guys, i'm thinking of choosing devonshire catered for myself this year, how have you guys found it? im after a sociable hall which is close to the campus, would i be better off going for a hall thats on campus?

any advice much appreciated! thanks xxx
If you want really close to campus, Henry Price would be good. Plus, it's very sociable; it has a reputation as the 'party' hall.
