Well, i do keep getting emails saying they'll contact me soon. Maybe the whole coronavirus situation is affecting them.

yea probably, wait till you get your contract before making a deicsion, you might found out that the salary is **** or really good or the pensions good or terrible etc..

I think regardless of your current preference, and in consideration of the epidemic situation we have, it would be best to apply for everything to broaden your options.The point which you have to make a definitive choice might be when everything has calmed down, hopefully. The interview stages may help clarify situations, and at the least, give you valuable experience.
