Someone please help! I can’t figure out whether the positive approach in psychology is idiographic or Nomothetic

they both have their positives and negatives so i don't really get what you mean

You can say it's both because it focuses on the individual's strengths (idiographic) as well as the wellbeing of society (nomothetic). It uses case studies and numerical data (like measuring heart beats). You need to pick one and just argue your case.
