I'm trying to find more information about the programme. Do you know if positions within the programme are paid? They are full-time, so they don't leave much time for additional work to cover basic needs. Or maybe accommodation is pre-paid by the company?
I'm afraid that the programme is a kind of gatekeeping that allows only people who already have enough money to cover 3 years without salary...

I wanted to, but it wouldn't let me. I only uploaded my resume. I received an email saying the next step is to submit a video if I'm pre-selected

The process is honestly a very difficult one, I was able to pass the video step and did the online test (which was really challenging) but I haven't got an answer since then and it's been 15 days since I submitted it, I feel like in this case no news is bad news but that's life

Hi Joojoba, could you please tell me more about the online assessment? I can't find any information online but I would like to prepare this steps. Thank you so much. Also, don't worry, they might take up to 1 month to get back to you from what I understood
