Last week I had an appointment with a specialist Dr and he sent me for some bloods and I asked him to add another blood test which I need for uni health checks. He did. Then yesterday I had an appointment with another Dr and asked him to check my blood results and he told me the results and asked me why my Dr did the extra blood test and I said I don't know. Now I'm scared I think I got my Dr in trouble.

don't be scared it's probably all completely fine. Your doctor had a valid reason for the extra test. It was requested by you.

The second doctor enquired about it because if you had not made that request, but instead had a worrying symptom, then that second doctor would probably have to do some extra work

I doubt it, sounds like this doctor was just curious/being thorough.
