Ian baker house or Ramsay hall (UCL residence)

I am currently making a decision to which accomodation I want to go to. Which one is best? Apparently you use the same facilities for both but ian baker I can have my own bathroom and supposedly Ramsay hall is better from surveys Ive seen. What should I do?
